Managing traveler behavior is fundamental to effectively managing a company’s travel policy. To do this, accurate data and analysis are required to track travel trends in order to institute incentives and/or penalties. Our robust database allows us to benchmark each client’s performance against that of their peer group. Although the individual company details are kept in the strictest confidence, the peer group benchmark allows us to compare company A’s savings with that of Company B, and to identify the reasons for it i.e. low cost carrier usage or a strict travel policy on advance purchases. We can then offer informed recommendations.

American Express Global Business Travel has access in the Nigerian market to all airlines that have an agreement in place with Amadeus. We have access to an increased selection of fares through the Amadeus GDS platform enabling our consultants to quote best available fares to clients at all times.
